Supporting stronger broadband projects across the East Bay

HOW EBBC CAN HELP

EBBC helps public agencies, community organizations, housing partners, and broadband providers understand opportunities, build partnerships, and use regional data to advance competitive grant projects.

  • Funding Opportunity Identification

We track broadband funding programs and help East Bay partners identify opportunities that may fit their project type, geography, and eligibility.

  • Partnership Application Readiness

We can help connect applicants with local partners, shape project concepts, coordinate letters of support, and identify relevant resources or technical assistance.

  • Data, Mapping & Priority Areas

We use state, federal, and local data to identify service gaps, priority areas, community anchors,
and other information that can strengthen broadband planning and project development.
